Meeting Emotions holds tranquility (M.E.H.T) is a counselling service that hopes to help/ support people to find peace within. We are both Person-Centred psychotherapists who have a vast amount of experience of working within the different areas of mental health. We encourage the client to find the answers they are looking for within themselves to live a healthier life style. We currently run two practices which are situated in Beeston and Arnold Nottingham. Our aim is to facilitate client autonomy and through the therapeutic environment the client will work through issues finding positive solutions to their own problems. Our belief is that everybody has the freedom to change if that is what they truly want. We also run groups, this is for clients who may find it easier to speak about issues in an environment where other clients have experienced similar issues.
